there's santa cruz mountains continuing there. more widely scattered showers in the northern parts of san jose. fremont continue to see rain as the night flights into that area this hour. with more continuing to see light showers at this time. the further you go north, the more widely scattered it becomes. you see widely scattered showers in toward mill valley and san rafael. maybe some showers to the south. overall, things settled down a little bit but we're not done with the rain just yet. this storm system will wind down but we have another one coming on the backside and a 15 to morning for the commute looks like another chance of rain off on the horizon, not just yet but that will change. right

bay area law enforcement agencies. the case involved a woman formally known as celeste quad. we now know the name of the four officers. lieutenant andre hill. he previously served as a public information officer, sergeant armando romello. terrence jackson, jared tom. this is a story we broke here. alecia reid has these new details. richmond pd office of professional accountability lead an investigation identified 11 current and former police officers that were involved in a recent sex scandal. >> high marks for the police department, they are taking action. >> initially the city manager recommended one officer be fired, another demoted, to suspended and five others recommended. after a lengthy investigation revealing more than 10,000 text messages and emails, the city
